This policy explains what information Pulse Pilates collects through our website and member app, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

• Account details — your name, email address and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text) when you register.
• Membership & activity data — your plan, class bookings, attendance streak and session history, used to run your membership and show your progress in the app.
• Payment & billing data — invoices, payment amounts and status. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; in-person card payments are processed by our bank's POS terminal provider. We do not store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials — those are handled directly by the payment provider.
• Contact details for billing — if studio staff raise an invoice on your behalf, they may record a phone number or email you provide to send you the invoice via WhatsApp, SMS or email.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your membership, bookings and class schedule.
• To process payments and send invoices/receipts.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders and studio updates.
• To respond to enquiries sent through our contact form or directly to us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Who we share it with

We share only what's necessary to provide our service: payment details with Razorpay (online payments) and our bank's POS terminal provider (in-person card payments), strictly to process that transaction. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone else.

Data storage & security

Your data is stored on secured servers with encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed and never stored or transmitted in plain text. Access to member and payment data is restricted to authorised studio staff.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by contacting us at pulsepilatesstudioofficial@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time, subject to any records we're legally required to keep (e.g. paid invoices, for tax purposes).

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without a parent or guardian's involvement.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
