FAQ

Questions, answered.

What does one membership include?

Group memberships include both Mat and Reformer access at one price. Your plan sets how many sessions a week you can book — 1x to 6x — and Mat and Reformer classes both count towards it.

Who gets the founding member discount?

15% off standard pricing on every plan, for the first 20 members or 60 days from launch, whichever comes first. Monthly founding pricing is guaranteed for 6 months from sign-up; on an annual plan it is protected for the full 12 months.

How does the annual plan work?

Pay for 11 months and train for 12, paid upfront in full. It stacks with the founding discount for roughly 22% total savings.

Are prices inclusive of GST?

Yes. Every price on this page already includes 18% GST. No additional GST is added at checkout or invoicing.
